European Digital Innovation Hub TRAKIA
DIH Trakia brings together academia, SMEs, large companies, public administrations and branch associations to bridge the gap in the digitalization sphere in Bulgaria. DIH Trakia focuses on providing access to cybersecurity expertise on regional, national and European levels through its established connections and memberships in different organizations. DIH Trakia is a contractual partner of the regional EEN Network representation and also of the European Corridor Of CYbersecurity EDIHs (ECCE). ECCE is a pan-European initiative that brings together EIDH focused on cybersecurity from all around the EU.
DIH Trakia relies on the academic and innovation support of its integral parts – Bulgarian Academy of Science, Plovdiv University, and the University for Library and informational technology studies.
The regional government, in the face of Plovdiv municipality, is a vital part of DIH Trakia as a bridge between the local public administration, business and academia.
