Invitation for feedback and joint definition of the future of EDIH Trakia 2.0

We invite you to participate in the European Digital Innovation Hub Trakia (EDIH Trakia) analysis and improvement initiative, project “Cyber4AllSTAR” under the Digital Europe Programme and SNIDIT 2021-2027 by completing the attached questionnaire:
This questionnaire will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It consists of two parts and providing personal information is optional. For the purpose of the analysis, the responses will be anonymised and the personal information provided (if any) will be stored as required by law.
The first part of the questionnaire consists of questions relating to an assessment of the maturity of EDIH processes with which you are familiar and which you have encountered as an innovation partner of the Digital Hub or as a customer of the Hub’s grant services – past, present or in the process of requesting service.
The second part of the questionnaire is dedicated to questions related to the construction, status and opportunities for improvement of the EDIH Business Model in the context of the next three years of the Digital Hub. In the context of the efforts to expand the Hub’s portfolio of services and their continuous improvement, the EDIH Trakia team extends an open invitation to new members from the civil, business and public sectors, partners – innovators and customers of our portfolio of services.
Your participation in this consultation will contribute to the optimization of EDIH Trakia 2.0 in the service of Bulgarian small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the public sector, whose cyber-secure digitalization is also supported by the Cyber4AllSTAR project. As an example, just a few days ago the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) became the first state institution in Bulgaria to implement a digital assistant with artificial intelligence with the support of EDIH Trakia.
EDIH Trakia’s team thanks you for your participation!
