The Dynamic Stakeholder Map (Deliverable 2.1) developed under Task 2.1. Stakeholder Mapping & Relationship Management represents a core instrument of the project, designed to structure, visualise and continuously update the network of actors relevant to the project’s mission. In line with the objectives of the project outlined in the Work Package 2 description, the map provides a multi‑sectoral, living overview of key stakeholders engaged or targeted for engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
The mapping process covers a broad spectrum of ecosystem players, including clusters, universities, research organisations, other EDIHs, business support structures, public bodies, industry associations, and other multipliers. The Dynamic Stakeholder Map enables the consortium to identify strategic partners, prioritise engagement efforts, and tailor communication and collaboration approaches.
A central purpose of the map is to support the creation and strengthening of strategic alliances that facilitate onboarding, knowledge exchange, and active involvement of key support‑infrastructure actors. This contributes directly to the project’s ambition to build a connected, collaborative, and innovation‑driven ecosystem.
All partners contributed to the identification and validation of stakeholders, ensuring broad coverage and representation across regions and sectors.
The map is conceived as a regularly updated tool, evolving in response to new partnerships, emerging opportunities, and changes in the innovation landscape. Its dynamic nature ensures that WP2 maintains an accurate and actionable understanding of the network, enabling effective relationship management and sustained engagement throughout the project.
