Outsourcing solution for document archive digitization
The solution is aimed at companies that do not have their own system for archiving and using electronic (scanned) documents, and does not require the implementation of specialized software and infrastructure. Customers of the outsourced solution receive the right to use a document archive digitization system with web-based access from a desktop computer or via a mobile device. The option to install the application on a mobile device via PWA (Progressive Web App) technology is available.
The outsourcing service includes document preparation – scanning of paper documents in the company office or at the client’s location; Indexing of the scanned documents; Digitization of the archive through a specialized web-based document storage and management system; Access to the digital archive through two-factor authentication – creation of users with different rights and restrictions, and access through electronic authentication and Evrotrust’s Qualified Electronic Signature; Unlimited addition and processing of new documents in the digital archive; Storage of the documents in the digital archive. Customers have no commitment to maintain and manage the backup infrastructure, and no need to purchase expensive equipment.
