On March 31, 2026, the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport officially established the Academic Center for Business Development and Applied Research in the Field of Production, Operations, and Project Management, named after Prof. Dr. Eng. Ognyan Andreev.
During the event, Hristian Daskalov, chairman of the Digital Innovation Hub “Trakia”, gave an engaging presentation on the development of the innovation ecosystem, the importance of digitalisation, open technology projects, and collaboration between academia and the business community.
Following the presentation, a cooperation agreement was officially signed between Todor Kableshkov University of Transport and the Digital Innovation Hub “Trakia”, marking the start of future joint initiatives in the fields of innovation, education, and applied research.
