Risk Electronics has extensive experience in supporting IT structures of various sizes across the country. Risk Electronics serves its clients using its dispersed structure with central management. The company has service centers in each regional city, which are managed by a support department located at the headquarters in Sofia. Enquiries are sent to the headquarters, which then distributes the work between operators from the maintenance department and system engineers responsible for the specific region. Our experience has shown that over 95% of the problems encountered can be solved remotely, while the rest require physical intervention. The service structure organised in this way allows problems to be solved as quickly as possible.
Risk Electronics offers its customers two variants of service, depending on whether a subscription maintenance contract has been concluded. With a subscription contract, customers not only have a significant cost advantage, but also the opportunity to prevent problems through pro-active protection and inventory of technology assets.
