In order to help Bulgarian organizations to protect themselves proactively, not only as a reaction when cyber incidents occur, EDIH Thrakia is offering the Threat Intelligence consulting service – a specialized monitoring solution – free of charge, analysis and early warning against cyber-attacks, part of the Digital Hub’s Cyber Services Catalogue under the Cyber4AllSTAR project, offered free of charge with the support of the National Programme “Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation” (RIDIT 2021-2027) and the Digital Europe programme of the European Union.
What is the service?
Threat intelligence is the process of gathering, analysing and providing critical information about potential or ongoing cyber attacks. This information includes:
✅ Who are the attackers and what are their methods and motivations;
✅ What the indicators of compromise (IoCs) are;
✅ What are the possible attack scenarios and how to respond proactively.

How is the service provided?
🔹 Online – Weekly. The subscription for the service is valid until 31.12.2025 incl.;
🔹 In English – in order to scale the service internationally – EDIH Trakia will provide free access to its subscribers from Bulgaria as well as from the other EU member states and associated countries under the EU Digital Europe programme (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Ukraine, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Türkiye, Moldova and Bosnia & Herzegovina).

Small and medium-sized enterprises using the service are considered as recipients of indirect state aid in the amount of 875 EUR (50% of the catalogue value of the service). State aid is not calculated for public organisations requesting the service.
