Brief summary of the organization (business card)
The Association “NTS with DNT – Plovdiv”, the successor of the Plovdiv branch of the Bulgarian Engineering and Architectural Society (BIAD) – Sofia, founded in 1893, unites the scientific and technical intelligentsia in the region and with its various forms of activity supports the professional development and improvement of its members, striving to improve the socio-economic environment in which they work. The association is a natural intermediary between science and business. The Association is a member of the Federation of Scientific and Technical Unions in Bulgaria, and through it – of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations, the European Federation of National Engineering Associations, the Union of Bulgarian Foundations and Associations, the Bulgarian Industrial Association, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the European Federation of National Engineering Associations.
