The European Digital Innovation Hub “Trakia” is proud to announce that the Three Seas (3S) EDIH Corridor online platform is now available and fully operational! Initiated by the Cyber4AllSTAR EDIH, funded by the EU Digital Europe Programme and PNIIDIT 2021-2027, in partnership with other European Digital Innovation Hubs, this infrastructure is designed to support the cross-border exchange of knowledge, best practices and services between actors from Central and Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans and the Mediterranean.
The Corridor is a flexible, non-binding platform, open to any organisation with the potential for synergy with existing members. The initiative does not impose legal or financial commitments and encourages voluntary and strategic participation – be it through the exchange of expertise, support for SMEs and the public sector, or the promotion and deployment of common digital solutions.
🌍 What is the 3S EDIH Corridor?
The platform encourages interaction in three main areas:
Exchange of information between EDIH – through webinars, hybrid info days and trainings, as well as live meetings such as the Digital Innovation Summit in Bucharest or the EIT Manufacturing Day in Austria.
Cross-border cooperation with other innovation bodies – through joint projects under programmes such as Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg and Digital Europe.
Sharing best practices in service delivery – access to tools, guides, training programmes and open-source solutions developed by participants (e.g. the Cyber4All app), the CRA compliance check tools of the international OSCRAT project or the Elegance XLS tool for DORA reporting.
🔗 How to join?
Participation is easy and accessible to any interested party.

🤝 Partnerships beyond Europe
The Corridor also supports cooperation outside the EU, in the spirit of global cooperation.
In 2024, Cyber4AllSTAR EDIH signed an agreement with APACCCEEC as a result of which agritech and foodtech start-ups from CEE received cybersecurity advisory support useful for their expansion into markets outside Europe.
Synergies are also being developed with initiatives such as the Danube Green Digital Corridor, with the participation of Wallachia eHub, EDIH innovATE (Austria), DIH Oltenia, etc., in which EDIH Trakia also participates.
